Getting lean and fit
I ordered these bands due to a doctor’s recommendation of needing strength exercise! These work perfect. A great set and comes with a bag for storage. They are comfortable to use however provides great resistance with stretchability !

Nice Length and Width Resistance Bands
Great length and width and the bands appear to be strong – tried the light and medium and definitely got a good arm workout! Light medium and heavy strength are clearly marked on different color bands.

Giving 3 stars because mine came with two heavys and one light. No medium. Kinda defeats the purpose to slowly build my strength.
