It’s a great yoga mat. The design is pretty & the hand placement marks are helpful. Genius that it folds, makes it so much easier to store and transport. No more big awkward roll! The carry case is convenient and can be used like a backpack (I won’t but still cute).

Functional and Fabulous Yoga Mat
Yoga Mat with extra padding, longer and wider. I ordered this Avoalre foldable travel yoga mat in the larger size because I do a lot of floor exercises so I wanted to try a yoga mat that’s a little larger than the everyday mat. I’m glad I did the extra room is amazing! To give an idea I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs so plenty of room to stretch out for floor exercises. The colors are beautiful and I love the print on the mat. The other side is a solid light blue/periwinkle color and the mat is also foldable instead of having to roll it. The foldable yoga mat also comes with a light drawstring bagpack style for easy travel. The mat seems to be very durable with the thicker padding. The thickness is 0.24” and 72”L x 32.01”W. Someone else in the reviews did mention a bad smell, which when first opening I did notice a bit of an odor (nothing extreme) but after I laid it out and wiped down the mat with a little dish soap and warm water I no longer smell any odor. It’s a great mat especially for the affordable cost!My new favorite mat!

Folds up yoga mat
Beautiful mat! Thinner then I’m used to. One corner has some discoloration, but I chose not to pursue an exchange or a refund. It was slippery until I wiped it down with some white vinegar and baby wipes. Now it works perfectly. Never experienced any smell issues like other reviews mentioned. I love how it folds up and slides right back into its own backpack. Gave it 4 stars because it’s thinner than I prefer.

Awesome mat! Love it.
Comfortable, easy to carry. I actually took mine overseas in my luggage and it travelled just fine. Easy to fold, great foot grip, no factory or rubbery smell and I’ve now had it for over a year. Still in great condition.

The folding is good and bad
I bought this to use as a travel yoga mat. I liked the idea that you could fold it up in a manner that didn’t allow the top surface to touch the bottom, keeping your practice area away from anything that has touched the floor. The mat is fairly thick, but it is very plastic-ish. I found it slippery and needed to use a yoga towel with it. It does fold up neatly, but I found I didn’t like the seams when it was laid out. After traveling with it a couple of times, I realized that I could use a regular yoga mat. Rather than rolling it up where the floor side could touch my practice side, I simply fold it over on itself leave it like that, in an out of the way corner until the next day. I have a mat spray that I use after every practice and when I get home I give it a thorough washing, let it dry completely, roll it up and put it back it the bag, ready for the next trip. The mat rolled and placed it a bag is not any heavier and not that much larger than the folding mat. The only downside might be that you couldn’t put that in a suitcase as you could with the folding one, but the folding one would take up a lot of room in the suitcase. I ended up keeping this mat in case anyone comes to visit and wants to practice with me, but didn’t bring or doesn’t have a mat. It is nice to have it for that reason, but I would not purchase this again.

Favorite mat ever
So this is the second mat I purchased. I bought the green one a little over a month ago and love it. Definitely buy the wider one, I can finally do the frog pose and be completely on the mat. It is sticky enough to hold a pose, but also allows enough slide that I can easily transition between poses. I bought the second mat so that I have one at home and one in my car for the gym. I have practiced yoga for over 25 years, and these mats are my favorite. It has enough cushion to be comfortable but not so much that balance poses are unsteady. I also love that when I lay it on the floor it is flat and I am not fighting the ends curling up, and the side that touches the floor never touches the side I use for my practice. The only inconvenience I have experienced is the rubbery smell when it first arrived. The one I bought just over a month ago no longer has the smell, but I recommend airing it out for the first couple of weeks. I aired it out in my garage and back porch.

It’s a good sized mat. Mostly used in the basement. Fairly portable… took it camping, but it rained the whole time so I didn’t have a chance to test it outside in the campgrounds. It was a lot easier to pack than my old tool-up one.

Better than large size roll out
Way easier than roll out, one of the best yoga /exercise mats I’ve had. Doesn’t slide around, easy to clean, could be thicker if doing lots of floor poses. Holding up well. I use weights on it, sometimes shoes no damage done.

Ok, I never leave reviews, but because it took me so long to find the perfect product, I thought I would share for anyone out there who was looking for the same thing as me. I wanted something with a bit of cushion, something foldable (for the option of extra padding or a smaller area), portable, and outdoor friendly. I needed this for meditation as well as yoga, and I was primarily thinking about using it in a quiet spot maybe in a field or the woods or a beach…well, this is perfect. It folds perfectly into the backpack that comes with it. It’s so comfy. Easy to clean. Perfectly priced. I bought 3, and I couldn’t be happier. Note: There is a smell to it, though. Just a little warning. Not enough to bother me. 🙂

This yoga mat has completely elevated my practice! It’s the perfect combination of cushioning and grip—comfortable on my joints yet stable enough for balancing poses. It stays in place during workouts, doesn’t bunch up, and has a nice, non-slip surface that works . Definitely worth every penny!

I brought this along with me during travel. It is not super lightweight but it is easy to fold and bring along. Although it has this weird chemical scent, it goes away after a few use. Not slippery, has a cute colour, and comes in a string bag.

Easy to carry for traveling, the new mat has smell. Since it’s a portable mat, it’s less thick comparing to the normal ones, the knees would not be comfortable while doing knees on the mat poses. Overall, a good traveling mat.
