Surprisingly Convenient and Useful Storage of Toys
All of our beds are 6.5 inches or fewer from the ground, not leaving tons or space for under the bed storage, but our house really needs to utilize any space we can find. I had previously used variations or cloth and canvas storage bags with zippers for storage of out of season clothing, but even those just fit under the bed and I had ripped the plastic windows section on a few of those bags as they got snagged by the bed frame while retrieving and returning the bags under the bed, so I set out for another solution.My search met dead ends as every plastic under bed box I could find was listed as 6-7 inches internally, but external measurements (sometimes with the lid and sometimes without the lid) far exceeded 6.5 inches and wouldn’t fit under our beds. When I came across these rolling baskets that were listed as 4.5 inches high (and later I realized 6 1/4 inches with wheels), I decided if they did truly fit, I’d modify my organizational plans and put my kids’ tiny, plastic, loose toys and knickknacks in these under the bed bins and find another place for clothes.These ended up fitting under my son’s bed in most spots with the wheels, so we just need to be mindful or where we slide them in and out from under the bed. No big deal.We had to ditch the wheels to get them hm to fit under my daughter’s bed, but they work just fine sans wheels, too. My 5yo daughter easily slides out any of her 4 baskets to play with her little fidget toys or Polly pockets or figurines and then slides the basket back under the bed when she’s done, even without the wheels.Best of all, my kids are able to find their little plastic “junk” toys that I’d normally pick up from the floor and throw in a bin that got shoved into their closets just to get them out of sight, and the toys didn’t get used or my kids would not know where to find them or how to get to them. BUT NOW they know where these items, which althey really do enjoy using, are AND how to get them out AND where they to when they are done playing with them. Magnificent!Assembly was fairly easy, but it is necessary to make sure you line up the bottom tray piece so that they clip into the sides/base well. It was kind of annoying keeping the bottom piece locked into place when moving an empty basket, but once I put items in, the bottom didn’t move and stayed in place without a problem .

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought to use to hold blankets under my bed. Works for what I intended but it was a little flimsier than I would like.

these are an absolute pain to assemble and keep together very cheaply made. But other than that they’re very cute and usefull, not very big tho.

Don’t bother
The assembly is simple but defective it won’t stay in place. Very flimsy
