Great for relief from muscle pain.
The body wrap has a calming scent of lavender and chamomile throughout. So in addition to the heavenly scent, it’s also versatile. You can put it in the freezer or microwave, it offers cold and hot therapy! I primarily used it for my neck, the fabric is soft and not too scratchy. It works well by providing relief while remaining soft, great quality. The wrap has loops at the end so you can control the pressure, providing relief while also calming you with the scent of lavender. Great. Quality!

Comfortable and long enough to wrap around your body, neck etc…
I really like this. The cover comes off for washing when needed. At first this smelled very strong. And I couldn’t use it. But I let it air out where the scent wouldn’t bother me. Now it is a nice gentle scent. I am not sure if it is pure essential oils. But you can add your own EO’s when you need a pretty scent or EO for pain relief, etc. I must say that chamomile and lavender go well together and perfect for pain relief, but at first the scent didn’t smell natural to me. Airing it out solved that.

I have purchased several of these but this one doesn’t get as warm as the others – the others were blue and this one is pink for my wife . It does smell nice .

worked great for my stiff neck
This was really nice to wrap around my neck for stiffness/pain. It took several tries in the microwave to get it warm enough for me, but it certainly felt great and helped once I had it warm enough and wrapped it around my neck. It can also be placed in the freezer and used cold. The cover is a very nice, soft velour fabric…very luxurious feeling. I didn’t notice much of a scent at all, but I didn’t really purchase it for aromatherapy benefits so that doesn’t affect my review. I’m sure I’ll get many years of use out of this. I can see it being really nice to use in the winter if you’re in a drafty cold room.

Chemically fake scent
Smells bad with a very fake rose-like chemical. If it were unscented, I’d give it 5 stars because clay beads really hold the heat.

Very strong smell!!!
Has an overwhelming perfumey smell. Suppose to be lavender, but sure doesn’t smell like it. You could smell it before opening the amazon outer packaging. I’m going to put it out on my deck to air out. If the smell doesn’t tone down, I won’t be able to use it.One week outside in the hot sun (it even rained on it) and it still has a very strong smell. There is no way I could use this for a headache or neck pain, I would be so sick to my stomach. I will have to throw it in the trash can.

Perfect
In recent months, I have been in physical therapy. Upon arrival, the therapist would bring clay wraps to place on my ankles to loosen the muscles and ligaments that are causing my dropped arches.1. I took a glass pie platter and placed the wrap on its side in the shape of the platter.2. Ensure the clay beads are evenly distributed so that you get the right amount of heat when placing in the microwave.3. It says 20 seconds, that did nothing. But 2 to 3 minutes worked perfectly for me (no longer than 20 minutes it’s says on the back of the bag it comes in.4. It’s not as hot as the ones in my physical therapy office but it does a great job and it smells good too.5. It does weigh at least 2 lbs and I purchased two.6. The pain and stiffness subsided after sitting for 5 to 10 minutes.
