Stopped working afdter a month.
It was an ok warmer till it stopped working after a month. It looks cute and has this soft rubber texture to it, but it just “warms” it doesn’t make the beverage very hot, a little higher than room temperature. After a month of daily use it just stopped working and wont turn on anymore.Update: I was sent a new one as a replacement. Thank you to the company for the fantastic customer service.

Control is peculiar
Let’s start of with my primary issue and why I gave it only 1 star: the control mechanism is a joke.There is a single button, slightly recessed, on the rim, and placed at the back of the device, thereby being inaccessible when in use. You will have to remove your cup in order to access it.Next is how you use this SINGLE multi function switch:1. Press one time and release quickly to turn it on and default to lowest temp (113F).2. Press and quickly release until desired temperature is acquired (131F and 158F)3. Press and HOLD until time flashes. Issue #2 happens here. Because this will automatically increase the time from it’s last time wanted. So if the last time I used it, I set it to run for 2 hours, this will automatically then jump to 4H. That means you have to cycle through all the times to get back to 2H. BUT watch what happens next!4. Press and HOLD a LONG time to make it set for temp and time. Imagine you selected 2 H. As soon as you press and HOLD A LONG time, it first jumps to 4H before going into set mode! That means, you will need to actually select 8H (not wanted but the option before the 2H if you want to actually set it for 2 hours.The ONLY reason I haven’t sent back is simple. I won’t get a refund without a lot of headache contacting Amazon in person — which is difficult.And I’ll have to contact Amazon personally because I sent back the 1st one for a replacement — due to 1) I couldn’t get it to work, 2) inconsistent warming. My experience with situations like this — order, return with replacement — always results in my not getting a credit from Amazon as they see I’m returning a product (the replacement) and I wasn’t charged!Positive? It’s cute.This really needs to have different controls. One simply for on/off, a 2nd might control both temp/time, but I would prefer 3 separate buttons.Moreover, the button(s) need to be at or near the front.

Nowhere in the listing did it state the operating voltage or the type of mains plug fitted.This item is for 120V countries and has a USA plug.This is being sold in the UK but will not work without purchasing extra equipment to convert the working voltage.
