Perfect coffee temperature every morning
I’ve had this mug warmer for a little over a month now and love it! It looks sleek, doesn’t take up too much space, and the sensor works great. I liked that this warmer was flat so it could fit any shaped mug, and it actually resists scratches unlike my previous warming tray which almost immediately started looking worn out.This tray keeps my drinks at a great temperature – plenty hot, but still drinkable. This is especially great as our coffee maker doesn’t always make the drinks hot enough, but the warming tray heats it up nicely for me.Since the button sensor is so sensitive, it’s definitely best to either keep this tray unplugged when not in use or put somewhere where anyone is unlikely to accidently set something on top of it that could trigger the warming tray and potentially burn the item. I haven’t had any issues with this, but maybe someone with young kids or more accident prone might want to consider that carefully.It’s been perfect for my needs and this mug warming tray was definitely worth the money!

Using it daily since October 2020, and it’s still working!
I bought this back in October 2020, and I use it daily for 6 to 10+ hours per day. Sometimes longer. Its working perfectly and I’ve had no issues with it.I have it sitting on a glass table, so I’m not concerned with it getting too hot, which it generally does not do. As it says, it does not get super hot, but it’s hot enough to keep a hot cup of coffee hot for a while, and fairly warm if left for hours. With the surface being glass, it does take a few moments to start to get warm, and a bit longer to get hot, so if a cat walks across it when its cold, it is not able to hurt them.I use traditional ceramic coffee mugs with it, so it does a fairly good job. But since the bottoms of the mugs are hollow, I would think something that is flat bottom would do a better job of transferring heat to keep it warmer. When the mugs go dry, they can get rather hot and I’ve lost a mug from cracking from the heat that was localized on the bottom of the mug.The top is made out of glass, and it’s durable and has held up well. It has barely any scratches, of which, the ceramic mugs can be pretty abrasive.If I had to, I would buy this again, but I would be missing the 2020’s non-discounted price that was twelve eighty.

Great Mug Warmer
I got this as a gift and now purchased it for my father.A simple yet great mug warmer. Does what it’s supposed to do. As you place something heavy on top of it, the mechanism will “click” and the round center will begin to heat.I’m only giving 4 starts because I wish I had some control over when it’s heating and when it’s not. For instance, if you have it plugged in and you have a mug on top of it, there’s nothing you can do to prevent it from heating. There’s no on/off switch. Either you remove the mug that’s on top of it, or you remove the plug from the outlet. I’ve forgotten my mug on top of it a few times, and came back to an empty and hot mug. Be mindful of that and you’ll be alright.

Good temperature, great looks!
We have two warmers (his and hers) and this is by far the better of the two. It’s automatic, once you put your mug on it, it comes on and stays on. No switches to worry about, nothing to mess with. The temperature isn’t scalding hot, but enough to keep your beverage at a good warm level. The aesthetics of the warmer work in almost any room, it’s modern and sleek with the integrated glass top and thinline body. Absolutely recommend this unit!

Keeps your drink hot
Keeps coffee hot. I was using another warmer plate, but switched to this one since it was white and matching KY new office decor. So far I’m very happy with it keeping my coffee hot. The other one I had to put a cover over my coffee mug to retain a higher heat. Auto shut- off when mug removed. I have a good sized mug that fits perfect. Definitely worth it, in my opinion.

EDIT to add: The company saw this review and reached out to offer a full refund. Added one star for customer service. Does not keep coffee very hot at all. There are no temperature settings on this one, which I didn’t think was important until I realized this one just doesn’t keep my coffee hot compared to my last one that simply wore out after many years. I will be tossing this one and finding something else.

Me gustó mucho su diseño y funcionalidad. Llevo dos meses con el producto y como dicen algunos comentarios, el porta taza NO CALIENTA LA BEBIDA, MANTIENE EL CALOR. Es decir, no puedes llevar una bebida fría y esperar que la caliente, sólo evita que se enfríen las bebidas ya calientes. Lo he probado por horas, días enteros y mi bebida sigue calientita. Cumplió todas mis expectativas, su funcionamiento es muy sencillo, en la parte de abajo tiene un pequeño interruptor que al presionarse por el peso de la taza acciona el calor y se indica con la luz azul. Sólo hay que tener cuidado en no colocar cosas encima del porta taza para no activar ese mecanismo en condiciones peligrosas. En conclusión, estoy muy feliz con mi compra y recomiendo el producto ampliamente.

I was not very sure if the product would work properly. Used it for two days continuously (yes, addicted to chai). It keeps my drink in hot condition for however long I keep it. I have not tried heating anything on the warmer, so can’t comment on that. But keeps my hot chai hot.. Not warm, hot! So it serves my purpose while working from home. Its 12:20 noon and I just took a sip from the chai i made at 8:00 before starting work. Its hot! No difference in taste. So, all in all five star product.
