Perfect cup. Ladies, buy this for your man like my wife did. He will appreciate it.
This is not a over priced cup that starts with an S, it is just a great cup made to keep your drinks cold and ice in your cup through a long hot day. I have put ice and water in mine and left it in the car accidentally on a day that got up above 105 degrees Fahrenheit, eight hours later the water was ice cold and refreshing as I drove home. The quality is amazing with the lid fitting tight and being very well insulated into the stainless steel interior of the cup which makes it easy to clean. Every bit of this cup speaks to care in design, thought for the customer, and attention to the purpose and functionality of what a cup should be.

Very well designed it maintains temperature of the beverage for several hours.
Excellent mug. The only complaint I have is lid was extremely tight it took me a while twist it open. Make sure you don’t twist it too tight otherwise it gets difficult to open it. Keeps beverages cold/hot for few hours. I love the fact that it comes with two types of lid and two straws.

Better Than A Stanley Cup
I absolutely love this thing. I wish I would’ve bought one sooner. It’s perfect for someone who lives in the desert. I drink it and fill it up again to make sure I’m drinking enough water during the day. It’s better than a Stanley cup and not as expensive. The colors of the cup are beautiful and the lid stays on tight. It stays cold for several hours and it is perfect for work. It is also easy to clean. Buy one, you won’t regret it.

Lacking Functionality!
NOT A FAN OF THE DESIGN :(I am looking for a FUNCTIONAL cup not a statement piece! Hence, not having the ability to conceal the straw is the first issue I have with this design. I sit on my farm and observe flies, mosquitos & bees attracted to the scent of the beverage– you name it lands on the straw. WHICH IS NOT HYGIENIC AND IT IS SUPER GROSS!!! HARD PASS!Secondly, when one goes to screw on the top it is a hassle as the spout and the handle line up — you then have to screw off the top AGAIN to ensure the drinking spout aligns AWAY from the handle. Not a fan of handles UNLESS they are on the actual lid.Lastly, the medium being utilized on the lid (not sure of the type of plastic) interferes with the overall taste of the beverage.This item is being quickly returned AND I will stick to my black and white ombre super functional and effortless RAYMYLO! The grass is not always greener on the other side!Time is valuable & this seems annoying & frustrating.

I was looking for an alternative travel mug with a handle that would be easier to clean than the Thermos brand ones I’ve been using and decided to take a chance on this one. I have a muscle disease and my hands are quite weak, so I was disappointed that the lid (for hot beverages) would not align for right-handed drinking unless it was screwed on super tight. The problem is, once on, I wouldn’t be able to get it off again. I was about to return it when I discovered that the lid from another mug I own, one that just presses into the top, actually fit this one…so I am a happy (enough) camper. Anyway, NOT for those seniors or others with arthritic or weak hands, but lightweight and very handsome as mugs go.

I purchased one of the 1.2ltr mugs in the Aurora design. I read many reviews first, and decided to try and add to my ever growing collection of travel mugs.Before officially using it, I decided to put it through a couple days of tests, first.DESIGNIt looks good, is a good size, and so far I have found nothing of concern. I haven’t had opportunity to check it’s size in a cup holder, yet, but it appears like it should fit.Also a good size for cleaning without any issues.LEAK PROOF:CLOSED LID – I added a basic mugs worth of water in, fastened the lid, and held the mug upside down. Not a single drop. I shook it, and tipped it upside down again. Still no leaks.I then filled the mug entirely, and did the same thing to see if the volume of water made a difference. Result: still leak proof.STRAW LID – Obviously, given the design and function of a straw, when the straw is inserted it means it is not leak proof.Without inserting the straw, I tried the same tests, and while there are is some leakage, it is very very minor and a slow drip. Therefore, if the mug tips without the straw inserted, you have plenty of time to correct it before there is any significant loss of liquid.The mug also comes with two sturdy, but not entirely inflexible reusable plastic straws.SMELL/TASTE:All food/drink containers tend to smell or taste funny when brand new. I found that by doing my early days testing, that issue was non existent by the time it came to actual use.HOT DRINKS:I filled the mug with freshly boiled water, and tightened the lid. Every couple of hours I would pour a small amount into a bowl and dip my fingers to test the temperature. Doing this also meant that there was space for air to effectively cool the rest down a little quicker. That said, after a brilliant 13 hours, I still had very hot water, which satisfied my curiosity. I probably should have left it longer until the water actually cooled, but I personally wouldn’t keep a hot drink for that long anyway, so it was more than enough for me.COLD DRINKS:I filled the mug with cold water, and added three good sized ice cubes, and tightened the lid. As with the hot water, I checked every could of hours. The ice cubes melted within a couple of hours, but that wasn’t a big problem for me – it made sense given the rest of the water was already of a warmer temperature. However, after 24 hours the water was still nice and cold – not necessarily ice cold, but absolutely cooler than lukewarm and still nicely refreshing.Due to disability I don’t venture out too often so have yet to comment on it’s ease of carry, but using it around the home is easy enough and I absolutely don’t foresee any problems. Similarly, durability can’t be judged as yet as it is still rather new to me.However, all in all, it is a fantastic product and great value for money. I am hoping to purchase more, in time.
