Great cup!
This cup has been great to use so far. Does not leak and keeps drinks warm for 5 hours. I haven’t placed it in the dishwasher, but it has been very easy to clean. It also fits nicely in my cup holder.Edit: I have been using it for a couple of months now and it’s still leak proof, and has been holding up well! I do hand wash it after each use as the instructions state and I use every other day.

Great mug for the car!
My wife and I both have these mugs and they are AWESOME. They keep the ice for hours for my iced coffee but then can keep my coffee hot/warm for hours as well.It conveniently fits in your vehicle cup holders. It has a nice handle with a great grip material. The seal on the mouth piece is snug and easy to function.We love these and the price is right!

The bottle won’t leak and with pretty color outside
The cup looks very pretty. It’s keeps my water warm for many hours. And I like it’s not leak at all so I can keep the bottle inside my purse and not worry about it.

New fave
Absolutely leak-proof. Easy to clean. Love the pale blue color and faux cork (epoxy) handle grip. Keeps hot drinks hot for a couple hours even outside in a Kitsap winter storm. Lightweight and fits perfectly in the vehicle cup holder. Only minor criticism is that the handle is a separate piece rather than molded and there is some epoxy/adhesive exposed where it was attached. I have not risked sending it through the dishwasher because of this, hurt otherwise i love this mug.

This is by far the most favorite coffee cup I’ve ever had! It keeps my coffee hot for hours and is leak proof. The size is just right for a large cup of coffee. Will continue to use and will buy again.

Loose handle
Love this mug. Very upset that the handle has come loose. It hasn’t detached yet. Just wanted to let everyone know that the quality might not be the best when purchasing it online. Not sure what it is but my girlfriend has one and the handle is still solid and not loose.What I love about it is how warm the liquid stays after hours. Like the color, and the cork on the handle. I also like how you can switch the lid to be held with your left or right hand.

So far this has been a great travel mug. I’ve used it everyday for a couple of months now and it seems to still do its job. There were quite a few reports of the handle snapping off so when I twist on the lid I’m just really careful not to use the handle is leverage. I just hold the base of the cup to turn the lid on. You can twist the lid on to make it a right handled cup or a left handled cup you just have to figure out where to start twisting the lid on to make it land where you want it. I like the look of this cup as it looks like an old fashioned camp cup. You can see that it just has a few scratches because it got stuck under the seat in the truck. I may order the shorter Ello mug to use as well but so far I’m really enjoying this one. Cleaning the lid is fine. I use a little brush to get into the nooks and crannies. The vent clicks open and stays there to clean it. I also use the vent to hang it on the lip of the cup so it dries well. As for leaking, I haven’t had any trouble with it but I close the vent when walking it out to my truck and then it’s in the cup holder as I drive. I’m not sure how leak proof it is if you throw it in a backpack and go hiking. Overall, great mug.

This is the second ELLO travel mug I’ve purchased, I am a slow coffee drinker and I love that it keeps my drink hot all the way to the last sip. I really like the design of this one – the handle with the cork inside looks very nice and makes it easy to hold. The wide base is nice and sturdy, though it is too large for the cup holders in my vehicle (it fits halfway down but wobbles around a bit which isn’t ideal). The lid looks like ceramic but is plastic. I don’t mind that it’s white except you can really see the coffee spots around where you sip. The seal is great, but I am careful to keep the vacuum seal slider open before screwing the lid on otherwise the coffee spills out around the edges if even slightly too full. The lid is a bit tedious to clean, but worth it to have a good seal. I have learned to always handwash the base as the paint on my last ELLO mug started to chip after putting it in the dishwasher. Overall a really stylish mug that keeps your drink hot and is nice to hold and drink from. I will continue to buy this brand in the future, all round best travel mugs I’ve ever purchased.

It is a really good cup – it keeps my coffee warm for hours and it is truly spill proof so it can be carried in a bag when full.I knocked a star off for two reasons – it is difficult to clean and dry properly due to the shape and materials used in the lid (the price to pay for it to be spill proof I suppose) and screwing the lid on the cup takes a bit of getting used to – with one element being plastic and the other metal, the thread is hard to find.Other than that, it is brilliant.
