Perfect for the light range of 2-5lbs I needed for some exercises. Weights clip on and off super easy. Take up less room than multiple sets of weights and i love the bricks I am not using clip together for easy storage.

I purchased this lighter adjustable weight set to complement my existing, heavier set. While my current set starts at 10 lbs, my wife prefers lighter weights for precision-based exercises. This set fills that gap perfectly.Pros+Solid Build Quality: The weights feel sturdy and well-constructed.+User-Friendly Adjustment Mechanism: Switching between weights is quick and intuitive. This is great when you don’t want to spend most of your rest time making adjustments.Cons:-One-Sided Weight Labels: The weight markings are only printed on one side, which could be a minor inconvenience for those particular about symmetry or quick identification.-Slight Discrepancy in Listed vs. Actual Weight.– The 2 lb handle weighs 2.2 lbs– The 0.5 lb weights measure closer to 0.53 lbs.–While this isn’t unusual in consumer weight sets, it’s worth noting. Personally, I prefer this slight overage to the alternative.Conclusion:Overall, this set is a great addition to our home gym. Despite minor labeling and weight accuracy quirks, the ease of use and quality make it a solid choice. I would definitely recommend it for anyone needing lighter adjustable weights.

I don’t know why it says dumbbells for women. They’re indeed light but they’re weights. Anybody could use them.They’re perfect for kids, young teens, older people, some beginners, people who got injured & need light weights for some rehabilitation exercises & (for some) they could even be used to add 1 or 2 more sets, for those who do dropsets to failure & want to really use up every last ounce of strength they got.The handle is comfortable, it feels solid & the weight latching system works perfectly & effortlessly every single time.They’re advertised as 2 dumbbells that go up to 6lb each (for a total of 12lb).As you can see in my picture, you can add more weights on one dumbbell for a total of 9lb.Although, they didn’t put a warning against doing so, they didn’t say that it was fine to do that (without risking it being too much weight & causing the base handle to break). So, keep that in mind.Only criticism: like mentioned in the title, It only needs a storing case or even just a small floor rack for the extra weight.It could see it be a little annoying for some to always have to add all the extra weights back so it doesn’t look a little “messy” or to have to just leave them laying around.

A very smart design for compact free-weights!This is set of free-weights, that can change quickly from a light-weight two pounds, to a much heavier six pounds – all while using the same centre handle piece. You simply add additional discs of weights by releasing an easy to move lock button, and then sliding a weight on.Apart from the two end weights, each disc has a grove and a tab that slide into one another. They are also tapered, so that once they start to slide on, they won’t pull away. A smart feature!Each weight is clearly marked with its individual weight, but with only 0.5 pound discs, it does seems a bit unnecessary. Each weight is also this “ABS” plastic. It feels very durable and solid. They will be very easy to clean.The main dumbbell – the unit that the discs attach to, is by itself, rated at 2.0 pounds. The end discs at each end, feel exactly like the individual disc weights, made of the same materials. But the entire grip area of the dumbbells is rubber coated. Smooth on two sides and ribbed on the other two sides, it provides excellent grip with moist or dry hands. The seams joining the two parts of this handle, are nearly invisible. This will provide for easy cleaning.Rather than using a simple round handle, these weights have a square shape. But it is a very gentle shape, without any sharp edges. In fact, the square shape is much easier to grip!Bottom Line – An excellent set of weights! Compact in design and easy to expand or reduce the weight of the dumbbells.
