Fun, Creative, and Great Value for Young Crafters!
My 6-year-old daughter received this soap lab as a Christmas gift, and she’s absolutely loved it! It’s been a fun, hands-on activity that kept her engaged and creative.Pros:Plenty of product – She’s been able to make several soaps already, and there’s still more left to use. Great value!Nice variety of scents – The included fragrances are fun and kid-friendly, adding to the excitement.Easy to use (with supervision) – The process is simple enough for a young child to follow with help.Perfect gift idea – It was a hit during the holidays and would be great for birthdays, too.Note for parents:The soap does get hot after melting, so I definitely recommend adult supervision during that step.Overall, this kit has been a fun and rewarding activity for my daughter. It’s a great way to mix science and creativity—highly recommended for crafty kids with a grown-up nearby to help!

    Great kit!
This is really fun and was great to do with my 3 year old. It’s quick, colorful, the scents aren’t SO intense, and it’s a simple project younglings can help with

Lots of fun and easy to use for 4-6 yr olds!
My 6 yo daughter loved this set so much we bought a 2nd one! This set comes with enough soap base to make about 6-8 different soaps. It has primary colors plus pink, 2 scents and glitter. It even comes with a cup to melt the soap in and sticks to stir. It is easy to use and easy to clean up. It also makes a great gift!

    Fun and functional!
This was really fun to do with my kids! It made great soap and had a variety of shape designs to choose from from. They don’t argue so much when it comes to washing their hands, and I love that it functions as a ‘toy’ and a staple of cleanliness. 😂 it did take a little more of the soap bars to fill the entire container for each one we made, which in turn makes less soap than advertised but I would still buy it again for the experience (and again… effortless clean kid hands)!

A fun project for my 7 year old
My 7 year old loved this art project! She caught on quickly and was independently using the microwave and making her own “unicorn soaps”. She really enjoyed it and used it multiple times with her friends.

This Unicorn Soap Kit is Magical Fun for Kids!
This Unicorn Soap Making Kit is like, the coolest thing ever for any kid who loves unicorns and getting crafty. It’s like science and playtime all rolled into one! Here’s the scoop on what I loved:It’s totally fun: You get to mix colors, add scents, and pour the soap into molds shaped like unicorns, rainbows, and even unicorn horns! How cool is that? It’s educational too: While you’re having a blast making your own soap, you’re also learning about things like melting, pouring, and mixing colors. Sneaky science lesson, win! It’s safe for kiddos: All the ingredients are totally safe for kids to use, so you don’t have to worry. Just remember, grown-ups should be around when it’s time to melt the soap base because it gets hot.A couple of things to keep in mind:You’ll need a grown-up to help out when it’s time to melt the soap, since it gets hot.The kit only has enough stuff to make soap one time, so if you want to keep the fun going, you’ll need to buy more supplies.Overall, this Unicorn Soap Making Kit is a fantastic gift for any unicorn-obsessed kid. It’s a blast to use, it teaches them a little something, and the end result is super cute and fun to use!P.S. I saw this kit priced between $19.99 and $28.49, depending on where you get it. There are also some kits out there that come with extra soap base or different scents, so you can pick the one that’s perfect for you!

    Works great!
This soap kit ended up being a great gift for my daughter for her birthday! Obviously make sure you follow all included directions to ensure the best results and best outcomes for your soaps, but I was surprised with the ease and quality output of the soap making process. The bright colors that are included made it so much fun for my daughter as well as all the scents and fun molds for her soaps. Being that my daughter was six, I obviously did have to help her throughout the entire process and would definitely recommend an adult helping anybody under the age of 9 or 10. But, I would definitely recommend this as a gift or fun activity to do along with your kids and make washing their hands fun during flu season!

    Lacking
I bought this item for two girls: a four year old and a six year old.Pros: they loved the look of the box, they were excited about the sparkles and the unicorn, they enjoyed starting the activityCons: this kit requires a lot of adult help and supervision, definitely not very suitable for the ages I mentioned, directions say how many cubes of soap for each mold but they weren’t enough (ex: unicorn didn’t have full length legs because the soap didn’t reach fully), mix dries very quickly so you have to work very fast, colors aren’t very vibrant unless you use TONS of the dye, kids lost interest a little ways in because there wasn’t much for them to do, the unicorn horn fell apart after it was driedTakeaway: not appropriate for 4-6 year olds but thought I’d give it a try, too hard to do multiple colors in one mold, dries super quick and becomes lumpy in the mold.

Perfect unicorn soap making kit for kids!I love this unicorn soap making kit from Dan&Darci. It’s perfect for kids who love creativity and art. The kit includes everything needed to make colorful and fragrant soaps. The quality of the materials is excellent and the instructions are easy to follow. My child had a blast making their own unicorn soaps.Highly recommended for any parent looking for a fun and creative activity for their kids.”

This was such a big hit with my girls (7&9). Brought it on holiday for a rainy day and it was super fun. Lots of work for the parent though and messy. You have to have the energy and patience for it. Every layer has to dry for 45 mins or so before you can add the next colour. I’d suggest leaving the rainbow for last as it’s tricker. The spout is smaller and you have to move the mold around to get the soap everywhere, it’s quite tricky and we didn’t manage more than two layers for that one. The unicorn is fantastic and easier to pour into. Great activity. Would be good to be able to buy more soap as we have dye and scents left over but are out of soap.

L’activité était vraiment agréable à faire pour une fille de 6 ans. Cependant les instructions sont seulement en anglais. Autre point à mentionner, le savon ne mousse pas. Mais belle activité à faire avec un enfant!

  12. Lisa Schneider

    My granddaughter loved it

  13. Dwayne McConaghy

Fun activity for the kids. Easy to use. Minimal clean up required.
