Beneficial In Every Way!
This works! I’ve researched ALL of the ingredients in this product and combined or on their own they are extremely beneficial in reducing stressful Cortisol levels and effective in uplifting mood. The Ashwaghanda alone is gold! I LOVE this supplement and it is now a part of my nighttime regimen before bed! I sleep better and wake up feeling energized. The cost is great and if you prefer to get more bang for your buck, you can start by taking one pill instead of two and increase if needed. It’s that easy! Happy healing!

They really work
Got this to help with stress and sleep and on the 1st night noticed I slept way better. I woke up feeling great my appetite has curbed and I don’t have to rush for coffee. Drink plenty of water with it and you will be fine.

I found this looking for a less expensive replacement for another cortisol manager supplement.I feel like this has been really helpful. I can take 1 during the day if I am super stressed or 2 at night for a great nights sleep. I struggle severely with falling asleep and staying asleep. This had me asleep within half an hour each night when I take 2. I dont feel groggy in the morning and the price is about half or less of what i was paying for the other brand. And it has more to offer.I have this on subscribe so I will keep using it.Just found another of their products I will probably get as well.

Buyer beware- migraines- neck pain awful reaction
Update the seller refunded all my money while this was not for me and I’m not changing the information below because I feel as important to let people know what happened. I am letting you know that the seller made good and that you just need to be aware that the ingredients do cross the blood brain barrier and can potentially cause these effects. The seller doesn’t want this to happen. They were very apologetic and is their intention to only help people. This is probably just a me problem, but there might be other people like me out there. I was really hoping it would work well. Regardless, the seller was great and doing the right thing I would buy different products from them. I’m disappointed. I can’t use this. But I 1000% recommend the seller.Buyer beware I never have headaches or migraines and it took me a while to figure out what was causing them after I started this, I had the most excruciating Paying for my neck to my head up for days and nights. It was beyond horrible, and it wasn’t just my head. It was my entire neck. I went to go try to get a refund because most things like this have a trial period even only to find out that there’s a no refund policy. So if you buy this and you have a reaction to it like I have you’re not only gonna have suffered in great pain, but you’re also gonna be out the money. Just before one that you might have a reaction to this, and I never react to anything. I was miserable and even after I stopped taking it it took an entire 48 hours to get out of my system and feel like a normal human being again.

Sleep better but groggy in the morning
I just started taking it, I’ve been taking at night and I do sleep better, I still wake up but I’m able to go back to sleep. I’m pretty sure it’s making really groggy in the mornings. I’ll try to update my review when I’ve taken it for a while. I’ve only been on it for 4 or 5 days.
